The Future of Commercial Real Estate

What you will learn:

With so many working successfully from home these past few months. Where does that leave commercial real estate? What about investments or if you prefer to shop at a store?

Who better than Gerard Mudd of Avison Young to explain?

As Real Estate Professional since 1981, and a former business owner, Gerard understands how to deliver quality service by forming a partnership with his clients. As an established developer, he designs solutions that benefit all stakeholders—tenant, developer, and the community. His property management strategies focus on a value-added blend of long-term appreciation, stabilizing rental income, and practical facility improvements. In dealing with environmental issues, he implements a detailed process that includes investigation, remediation, monitoring, and insurance.

In 2016, Mudd and his business partners joined forces to establish the Avison Young-St. Louis office.
